What data we collect

Only the data you send through the booking or contact channels: name, email, phone, rental details (dates, locations, car, flight number) and any message you write. When you send the booking form we also record your IP address, for the sole purpose of preventing spam and abuse of the form.

Why we process it

• To answer your booking request and manage the rental you ask for (contractual necessity, art. 6.1.b GDPR).
• To reply to questions you send us (legitimate interest, art. 6.1.f GDPR).

Where it goes

Your request is sent by email to our team. We do not sell your data and we do not share it with third parties except when required by law. The website is hosted within the EU-compliant infrastructure of our hosting provider.

How long we keep it

Booking requests are kept for as long as needed to manage the rental and meet legal obligations. You can ask us to delete your data at any time.

Your rights

You may exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and objection by writing to info@trc-cars.com. You may also lodge a complaint with the Spanish supervisory authority (AEPD, www.aepd.es).
